Happy New Year 2019!

With the turn of the New Year to 2019--still hard to get used to 2019—we are all on to a new chapter. It’s that time of the year where we can take stock of the past year, offer gratitude, start fresh and make resolutions on what we an improve upon in the coming year.

Our resolution for 2019 is to improve our customer experience for those looking for unique custom wine gifts. We will increase the number of product offerings for our customers this year. You will see more products, both custom etched wine and non-wine options. We also will get more creative and add more designs, so there will be more personalized options for customized wine gifts and accessories.

While we just finished the holiday season, we are already taking the lessons we learned from Christmas and applying them to our plan for 2019. While we feel we offer the best quality and the fastest turnaround of any custom wine decorating company, we will always strive to improve. During Christmas most single bottle orders were completed in only three days. Larger corporate orders were completed in five to six days. We are grateful for all the special orders that customers entrusted to our care. What are your resolutions for the year?
